Assignment #4

How specifically does my final draft look different from my rough draft? The paper itself looks different by being in correct mla form and there is less grammer mistakes. Basically everything from the heading to the font is a little different.
Did I make magor revisions to the content? No, I didn't make any major changes, but I did make changes to the organization. I made the change to it to make it sound clear and cohesive.
After revisioning my own paper I was able to identify some of my own patterns of mistakes. One was the frequent grammer mistakes and some mispelling errors.
What guided me to make the revisions was the peer review and my own proffreading of my first draft.
What aspect of the essay do I think is the strongest? I think the strongest part is the describtion of story through out the narrative. The weakest part I feel is the probably lack of different vocabulary used in the essay. I need to catch up small things like vocab to better descibe the story.

Difference between a A and C paper

What makes a good paper? what i think makes a paper good is when its written about something interesting and teaches you something u didn't know. The differences between a A and C paper would be a purpose for the paper , secondly would be clarity , third would being able to relate to the paper these qualities i think are what would be the differences between a good paper from a average paper. All these qualities would make the paper easy and enjoyable to read.

the paper in its self needs to have a purpose for it and why. the paper needs to be able to give the reader a since of why this paper is being written with out that the paper wouldn't make any since and would sound like gibberish and would throw off the reader.

The paper has to be clear of grammar, punctuality mistakes and have good sentence structure. if this was a problem in the paper it would probably just frustrate the reader and just make the paper sound dumb and make the writer look like an idiot.

The ability to have the paper relate to other people by like describing something everyone probably gone through in their lives, for example the first i learned to ride a bike and how i scraped my knee. this is what i think makes a great paper by being to relate to stuff in the paper and being to reflect on it.

The easiest one for me would probably be writing something that everyone can relate too and describe the scene to people in the paper. I find it the easiest because its something that usually comes form the heart and i can vividly describe it clearly to people. The most difficult part of it is the ability to write in a clear with out mistake paper, grammer for me is a pain i usually have to write a paper a few times before its free of mistakes.

Three literacy topics

One of the topics i would consider would be about my 4th grade teacher and her class. Her class was probably one of the most difficult classes i've ever been in, she would give tons of homework and never expected any of it late. i remember it as if it happen yesterday , and it would be a good topic that everyone would be able to relate too. it also would be a bit harder to describe the class just because it happen so long ago.
The second topic would be kinda off topic but about the period of time i decided to take off of school and just work and stuff. This would be something i could write about for pages and pages just because its something that happen recently and its something personal that affected me in a big way. Being out school for two years has really pushed the whole "getting a education thing" issue. This would be a good topic for someone who isnt really motivated to be in school and who is thinking about dropping out. A con for this topic would be that it could come out just like every story about learning a listen and could just being like all the others
The third option could when i had to write my senior exit essay in high school that had to include past experiences that i went through in high school. it had  to include good and bad experiences through out high school. This would also be something almost everyone could relate to and it also would be something that some one wouldnt want read because its like everyone elses paper is probably same.

Why am i taking English 101?

I personally feel like English 101 is one of the more important general education classes I'm going to take through out my college years, and i feel its important because writing is something we are always going to  use through out our time in school and in life in general. I am taking this class to complete my general ed courses and also to refresh my reading and writing skills, this class will help me in almost all my classes because almost all classes require some sort of reading or writing. What i personally like to gain from this class is a since of confidence and ability to say an feel like writing is something thats comes naturally, with out having to  put too much thought into it. As a freshmen i feel like this class is a confidence booster for my future classes and i think it just makes the whole college thing seem a little less daunting. Taking 101 should put me at even playing field with my fellow piers and place us all in a good starting place .So I hope to gain more experience and better writing skills from this class for current use in other classes and for my future career.
